Orange juice 125 ml Blueberries 250 g Bananas 2 pieces / 228 g fresh
Cilantro 40 g Spirulina powder 1 tsp / 2 g Barley grass powder 1 tsp / 2 g Dulse
Flakes 1 tbsp / 5 g

Preparation:
Blend all ingredients in a standard household blender until a smooth and
creamy consistency is achieved. For a more liquid consistency, add a little more
water.

Notes:
- Please ensure a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
- Spirulina naturally contains sulfites.
- As with other foods, any intolerances, allergies, or
hypersensitivities to microalgae (spirulina) cannot be ruled out.
- If you react negatively to these products, you should discontinue them immediately.
