A dream from 1001 Nights: Tomato Macao Soup

Ingredients:
500g tomatoes
50 g dried tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
1 pinch of sea salt
3 sprigs of lemon thyme
1 handful of chopped coriander
3 sprigs of oregano
100 g date paste
150 g figs
10 g dried barberries
100g chopped mixed nuts
3 tablespoons of MaKao-Classic in lukewarm water
1 tsp cinnamon (variety: Ceylon)
2 tsp Ras El Hanout
1 tsp cumin
