Barley Grass Powder (Organic & Raw) 60g & Wheatgrass Powder (Organic & Raw) 60g

Wheatgrass Powder:
Wheatgrass powder is obtained from the cotyledons of the young wheat plant, as this is when the highest nutrient content can be detected. The juicy green color of the cereal grasses is based on the high concentration of natural chlorophyll.

The young plant is rich in fiber (45 g/100 g)*, iron (37 mg/100 g)* and magnesium (108 mg/100 g)* and therefore rightly belongs to the category of power foods.

The wheatgrass, which is grown in Germany, is dried in a nutrient-preserving manner after harvesting and then gently ground into a fine powder. This process results in a high-quality product.

Barley Grass Powder:
Barley belongs to the grass family and is primarily cultivated in Europe as a cereal grain.

Our barley grass is organically grown in Germany and harvested at the time of its highest nutrient density, at a growth height of between 10 cm and 15 cm. Subsequent drying at low temperatures and gentle grinding guarantee the preservation of the valuable natural ingredients.

Barley grass is naturally particularly rich in folic acid (350 µg/100 g)* and iron (44 mg/100 g)*. The folic acid it contains contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
