Dulse, auch Lappentang genannt, ist eine Rotalge, welche in den kalten Küstengewässern des Atlantiks und Pazifiks gedeiht.
Unsere Dulse-Algen werden von Hand in ihrer natürlichen Umgebung, an der Küste von Irland (West Irlands) oder in der französischen Betragne (West-Manche) geerntet.

Die Dulse wird auf natürliche Weise schonend getrocknet, wodurch die wertvollen Inhaltsstoffe erhalten bleiben. Sie ist dank ihres deftig-nussigen, an Speck erinnernden Geschmacks, ein universell einsetzbares Würzmittel.
