Knufmann GmbH receives state seal "The employee-oriented company – I feel comfortable here"

During the celebratory event at Magdeburg's Johanniskirche on June 7, Knufmann GmbH was awarded the state seal "The employee-oriented company – I feel good here". The certificate was presented by the Minister for Labor, Social Affairs, Health and Equality, Petra Grimm-Benne.

The Ministry and the "Fachkraft im Fokus" state initiative recognized a total of 26 companies from Saxony-Anhalt for their commitment to attractive working conditions.

In addition to the ceremonial award for the seal recipients, three videos, created jointly with the honored companies, premiered. One of them features Knufmann GmbH. The videos illustrate which aspects contribute to "Good Work".

The state seal "The employee-oriented company – I feel good here" distinguishes companies in Saxony-Anhalt as attractive employers and provides a significant advantage in the competition for sought-after skilled workers.

To receive the award, company employees must participate in the anonymous survey based on Wertenetz©. The Wertenetz© analysis method allows for a comparison of the values of employees and managers within a company against the reality in the company. It is a way to make employee satisfaction visible and to identify potential problems in order to work on them.
