The time has finally come: RawKao Kids is our first chocolate-flavored
drink powder for little rascals and big ones too.
Of course, every ingredient wanted to be part of the recipe for such a special product. But only the finest and most delicious ones were to unite in this delicious drinking blend with a subtle chocolate note. So, there was
quite a hullabaloo at PureRaw in Klötze at the beginning. But from the start...
First came the Carob...
... Carob, as the pulp of the brown pods growing on the carob tree in the Mediterranean region is called. This carob knew very well about its advantages. It not only had an aromatic, finely sweet caramel flavor but, in contrast to its colleague cocoa, was even free of theobromine, less bitter, and not stimulating, which is why it considered itself particularly suitable for a delicious children's drink blend.
It wasn't long before the beautiful Lucuma joined the Carob...
... a sweet, golden-yellow fruit that ripens under the South American sun. In RawKao Kids, it could "skillfully unfold its creamy-fruity vanilla aroma and give the drink blend its creaminess," the beautiful fruit assured.
But the beautiful Lucuma didn't have much time to present herself, because the Yacón, who had been listening to the conversation, came trotting along...
"I, the Yacón plant, am native to the Peruvian Andes. The sweetly mild taste of my tubers is often compared to that of honey, caramel, or molasses. How delicious is that?! I am perfect for RawKao Kids!"
Suddenly, delicately bitter cocoa also got wind of the matter and joined the crowd...
"I, cocoa, am not only known as the "food of the gods" but have always been popular with young and old due to my incomparable taste – whether as a chocolate bar or a cocoa drink! How can I be missing from RawKao Kids?! I contain less acid and bitter substances than conventional cocoa varieties and am therefore pleasantly mild in taste. So, a small amount of my aroma should definitely be included..."
Then the strong Maca root interrupted the cocoa cheekily and emphasized:
"I, the Maca root, am a small, fiber-rich tuber native to the high altitudes of the Andes in Peru. The sweet malty taste of my root powder makes me a delicious addition to drinks, which is why I am an indispensable component of RawKao Kids. Not least, I form a harmonious duo with cocoa in terms of taste!"
... For a moment, it seemed as if calm had finally returned, then a voice called from afar:
"Hold on, not so fast...! I am vanilla, the queen of all spices, and without me, that certain something is missing! Only I, with my lovely scent, ultimately put the crown on the RawKao Kids drink blend!"
Thus, the various ingredients finally united peacefully into this delicious children's drink blend, realizing that each ingredient was delicious in its own way and indispensable for enjoyment.
All ingredients in RawKao Kids come from certified organic farming.
RawKao Kids tastes especially delicious in warm or cold plant-based drinks/milk. It is suitable as a topping for cereals or for refining delicious baked goods.

Preparation: Add 2 teaspoons (5 g) to 250 ml of plant-based drink/milk, sweeten to taste, and stir/mix well - Enjoy!
Tip: A fine "crema" is created when prepared in a blender. Enjoy our RawKao Kids cold in summer and warm in winter.
