Goji berries, also known as "Chinese wolfberries" or "happy berries," are the bright orange-red fruits of a deciduous shrub (Lycium barbarum) native to China. The small berries of this nightshade plant, which can grow several meters high, have been a staple of Chinese cuisine and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for thousands of years. They have only recently begun to make a name for themselves in America and Europe, where they enjoy extraordinary popularity as one of the best-known superfoods!

Our goji berries are particularly rich in iron (3.8 mg/100 g)*. Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal function of the immune system. They come from China and are sun-dried only. This gentle process ensures the preservation of valuable nutrients and guarantees a raw food product of the highest quality, free from auxiliary agents and additives.
