Bananen 2 Stück / 228 g
frischer Koriander 40 g
Spirulina Pulver 1 TL / 2 g
Gerstengras Pulver 1 TL / 2 g
Dulse Flocken 1 EL / 5 g
Zubereitung:
alle Zutaten in einem haushaltsüblichen Standmixer mixen, bis eine glatte und geschmeidige Konsistenz entsteht. Für eine flüssigere Konsistenz noch etwas Wasser hinzufügen.
