Our cocoa butter comes from the "Criollo" variety. Criollo is one of the noblest cocoa varieties worldwide and is produced naturally and conscientiously in Peru. The cocoa butter is of a delicate pale yellow color and enchants all senses with its sweet, delicate fragrance and creamy, mild taste. The gentle processing in raw food quality allows the preservation of the valuable ingredients of the cocoa butter and makes it a precious natural product.
